Due to hygiene reasons headwear and masks cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

If however you believe your item/s are damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately via my contact page.

In some instances you may be asked to return your item for inspection. I will send you an email to notify you I received your purchase.

if I deem your item faulty or.damaged I will credit your original method of payment.
