Refund Policy
We want you to love your Goldnwares purchase, but if something's not right, we're here to help.
Due to hygiene reasons headwear and masks cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind. If however you believe your item/s are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
In some instances you may be asked to return your item for inspection. We'll let you know once we've recieved and inspected your return, and if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please get in touch so we can make it right.
